Over the past week, Live Action has released six videos revealing Planned Parenthood’s willingness to aid and abet the sex traffickers of underage girls (see: liveaction.org). Since the beginning of our release, Planned Parenthood has attacked our organization and attempted to discredit the growing evidence of institutional and rampant abuse cover up. Here is a top six list of some of the deceiving statements that Planned Parenthood has made in just the past few days.
Deception #6: “We reported this to the FBI”
Planned Parenthood wrote the FBI a letter a week after our investigation, only after they realized that Live Action had conducted the sting.They say this themselves. As much as they may pretend, Planned Parenthood was not attempting to help send human traffickers to jail; they were attempting to pre-empt the release of Live Action’s footage.
If Planned Parenthood really cared about reporting potential sex traffickers to authorities, they would have called police while the pimp was in the clinic, or immediately after. Not wasting a minute. Planned Parenthood, where are the reports from the now SIX clinics we’ve released, that you immediately called the police?
Why did all your staffers, instead of refusing service or gathering information from the pimp about his sex ring to inform authorities, GIVE the pimp information about how to access the Planned Parenthood system for secret services?
Deception #5: Live Action Videos Are All “Doctored” and a “Hoax”
We have heard this tired claim from Planned Parenthood every time we release a video. Yet every time we’ve released a video, we post the full, unedited footage online for all to see, and send the full, unedited footage to state and federal authorities. Planned Parenthood can’t argue with the full footage.

Planned Parenthood, if you really think our videos are “fake”, “doctored” and a “hoax”, why did you yesterday claim that you will be retraining your entire staff of 11,000?
Deception #4: “We are retraining our entire staff of 11,000″
First of all, we have heard the “retraining staff” excuse before.
When Live Action released undercover footage in December of 2008 showing the sexual abuse cover up of a 13 year old girl at Planned Parenthood, the organization called for “re-training”. Clearly, that re-training (whatever it was) didn’t last very long, if two years later Planned Parenthood workers are caught on tape working with human traffickers to provide services, ways to get around pesky parental involvement laws that protect children, tax-funded discounts and even business advice.
More to the point: Are Planned Parenthood workers “trainable”? Our tapes show them repeatedly and unabashedly doing “business as usual” with the self-disclosed seller of underage girls’ bodies for sex. The brutal business of human trafficking cannot be taken seriously enough.
Yet instead of showing even basic concern for the victims, Planned Parenthood workers across the board are happy to help the serial abuser.
Another important question: Can Planned Parenthood be trusted to train its staff sufficiently? What does it say about an organization’s leadership if their staff–from managers, to supervisors, to clinicians, to staffers–unequivocally and without question show willingness to do secret business with a pimp?
A final question: How exactly will Planned Parenthood be “training” it’s staff? Will the training be a special seminar on how to recognize Live Action cameras?
Deception #3: Virginia Staff Acted “Professionally”
This is one of the most disturbing statements we have heard yet from Planned Parenthood higher-ups.
Virginia staff, on all four tapes released in Virginia, were very helpful to the self-identified pimp of underage sex slaves. Staffers assured him it was confidential, offered him information on how to get cheaper birth control (link: ), on how to get free STD testing, told him how to use the website and phone system and even coached him how to use judicial bypasses to get secret abortions for his underage sex slaves.
These are the actions that Planned Parenthood is calling “professional”. Does anyone think that it is professional to give a brutal sex trafficker of children advice on how to use the system?
This is not professional; this is criminal. It is criminal and incredibly offensive and harmful to the victims of abuse across our nation.
Keep in mind: If Virginia staff acted “professionally”, then is this how the public can expect Planned Parenthood to “train” their staff of 11,000?
Deception #2: This is an “isolated incident”
A favorite of Planned Parenthood’s. Every time Live Action releases a video (and we’ve released over 16 now), it is “an isolated incident”. Let the facts speak for themselves. Look at the evidence. For over three years our team has been investigating the institutional sex abuse cover up at Planned Parenthood abortion clinics. Even before the human trafficking footage, we released 10 clinics that revealed the sexual abuse cover up of minors as young as 13. In these 10 clinics, we had actors posing as the underage girls, self-reporting abuse and asking for help. In every case, Planned Parenthood worked to cover up the abuse of the underage girl and did not comply with the mandatory reporting laws for sexual abuse. Instead of help and safety, the underage girls are coached by Planned Parenthood staffers on how to cover up abuse and get secret abortions.
Live Action has now released six more clinics in the past week, all showing Planned Parenthood workers, at all levels of the organization, willing to aid and abet the human traffickers of underage girls.
This is an institutional crisis that has engulfed the whole organization. No matter how many times Planned Parenthood’s PR firm says “isolated incident”, the growing body of evidence still stands.
Deception #1: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, and you should trust us.
If anyone can still believe this, I don’t know if there is any evidence in the world that will convince them otherwise.
The growing body of evidence reveals that Planned Parenthood unequivocally covers up the sex abuse of young victims and is willing to work with the abusers. Our undercover actors could not have said who they were and what they represented more clearly. Planned Parenthood repeatedly looked the other way. It is a federal crime to aid and abet in the trafficking of underage persons. What is a better way to aid and abet a pimp of young girls, then give him all the secret abortions, birth control and the services that a pimp would need to keep his sex slaves on the street?

Blockbuster Investigation:
Pimps, Prostitutes, and a whole lot of Criminality.
NEW JERSEY – A Planned Parenthood manager in New Jersey coaches a man and a woman posing as sex traffickers how to secure secret abortions, STD testing, and contraception for their female underage sex slaves, and make their whole operation “look as legit as possible” in an undercover video released this morning.
Clinic manager Amy Woodruff, LPN, of Planned Parenthood Central New Jersey’s Perth Amboy center, warns the pimp and his prostitute to have their trafficked underage girls lie about their age to avoid mandatory reporting laws, promising, “even if they lie, just say, ‘Oh he's the same age as me, 15,’…it's just that mainly 14 and under we have to, doesn't matter if their partner's the same age, younger, whatever, 14 and under we have to report.” She says, “For the most part, we want as little information as possible.”
Woodruff also recommends how the pimp can get his prostitutes cheaper contraception by claiming they are “students”: “If they're minors, put down that they're students. Yeah, just kind of play along that they’re students--we want to make it look as legit as possible.”
If one of the young trafficked girls needs an abortion, Woodruff refers the pimp and prostitute to the Metropolitan Medical Association, where “their protocols aren’t as strict as ours and they don’t get audited the same way that we do.” The prostitute in the video asks how long after the abortion until the girls can have sex again, and when Woodruff says “minimum of 2 weeks,” she asks what sex acts the girls could still do to make money. Woodruff advises, “Waist up, or just be that extra action walking by” to advertise sex to potential clients.
Sex trafficking is punishable under federal law and carries a potential life sentence. The new video is released by Live Action, a pro-life new media organization led by 22-year-old Lila Rose. The video airs just days after Planned Parenthood’s leadership suspected the sting operation and sought an FBI probe of Live Action in order to deter the release of the exposé. Live Action is sending full footage to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, NJ Attorney General Paula Dow, officials at the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and other law enforcement officials, requesting federal and state investigations into Planned Parenthood’s sexual abuse and sex trafficking cover up.
“This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Planned Parenthood intentionally breaks state and federal laws and covers up the abuse of the young girls it claims to serve,” said Lila Rose, President of Live Action. “Time and time again, Planned Parenthood has sent young girls back into the arms of their abusers. They don’t deserve a dime of the hundreds of millions they receive in federal funding from taxpayers. Congress must cease funding and the Department of Justice should investigate this corrupt organization immediately.”
Live Action has previously released more than a dozen hidden camera videos from ten states and shows the alarming trend of illegal Planned Parenthood activity including cover-up of sexual abuse of minors, the skirting of parental consent laws, citing unscientific and fabricated medical information to convince women to have abortions, and Planned Parenthood’s willingness to accept donations earmarked to abort African-American babies.

Blockbuster Investigation:
Pimps, Prostitutes, and a whole lot of Criminality.

Last week, an FBI probe was requested by Planned Parenthood, the leading abortion provider in the United States. The target is a man who visited at least 12 of its health centers, and “sought to speak confidentially with a clinic employee and then requested information regarding health services for sex workers, including some who he said were minors and in the U.S. illegally,” according to a January 25 report from CBS News.
After conducting its own investigation, Planned Parenthood determined the man was connected to Live Action, a pro-life group founded and run by young people of college age, which specializes in filming undercover video inside abortion clinics.
Today Live Action released the undercover video it filmed during a sting operation conducted by this “pimp” at Planned Parenthood of New Jersey, and it is devastating. The video can be viewed below:
In the video, which begins by reminding viewers that sex trafficking for minors – or aiding, abetting, or counseling such activity – is a federal crime that carries a sentence of 10 years to life, the Live Action operative gets a cheery reception from Planned Parenthood’s clinic manager. She agrees to provide secret abortions and birth control for his underage prostitutes, and offers him not only assistance for avoiding legal entanglements, but even gives him business advice.
The video was shot on January 13, 2011 at the Planned Parenthood clinic in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. The Live Action cameraman begins by asking for prostitutes under his care to be tested for sexually transmitted diseases, and later states that some of them “are like fifteen, fourteen” and “don’t speak any English.” The clinic manager makes a point of telling him that minors can be treated without parental consent, and says she and her fellow counselor “want as little information as possible” to avoid any complications. She proceeds to give the “pimp” fairly detailed advice on how to coach his girls to lie about their ages, so those complications do not arise.
It gets worse from there. Much worse.
When the “pimp” asks about abortions for sex workers fourteen years of age and younger, the Planned Parenthood clinic manager whips out a map and shows him where to go. She presents him with a book of minor’s abortion rights, which she calls her “Bible.” She casually assumes his Spanish and Asian girls are “coming in illegally,” and has no problems with this telling indicator of sexual slavery. She’s got some helpful suggestions for what his underage prostitutes could do to generate revenue while they’re recovering from abortions. She’s willing to streamline things even further for the pimp and his underage hookers, in exchange for a little extra compensation.
